Robyn was born August 27, 1962 at Eden Hospital in Castro Valley, California. She attended Our Lady of Grace in the Valley. She then attended Moreau Catholic H.S. She then went to Chabot college,but a year later became Miss Castro Valley 1981-82. She modeled for awhile and was cashier at Lucky stores in CV. She also volunteered at the snack bar for Castro Valley Little League were her younger bothers played. It was here Robyn met Doug Clark the man she would marry. He was the youngest coach in the league. We met at one of her brothers games and after that we were never away from each other again. We married and a year later our son was born, and all of the wonders of a full life continued to unfold. We finally settled in Oakley CA, until our son finished college. We then settled for the last time in Galt, CA. We were happy, and we always were together. We went through the regular adjustments all young couples do. Shedding all of the baggage we learned on TV about marriage,and finding out we came home everyday after work to each other. Not the nice house, cars and things, we just wanted to be with each other more than anything in the world. We were best friends and married and are life was good. As we moved through life our son seems to have learned the same lessons on life and found his own best friend for life. One day Robyn started getting sick I took her to the hospital, were we found out about her cancer. We looked at each other as the doctor told us and we knew in our hearts how much trouble we were in. We just looked into each others eyes silently, knowing what the future might hold for us. So we held on tightly, hoping against all odds for the next few years. Our son married which brought great joy to us, Robyn was so happy to have been there. At the end we were all together and that is how we will always be. Robyn is part of our life's and she will always be close by.
